Return policy, charges and payment methods

The Advisory/Audit/Videocall services are non-refundable. It will be applied in case of cancellation at least 2 hours before the start of the appointment. It is also possible to change the date and time of the appointment at no extra cost.

The Google Ads, Facebook and TikTok Ads management services (monthly) have a refund on a part of the first monthly fee [except for, read more].

The first installment would consist of two monthly payments. The first monthly payment would be related to the implementation or creation of the campaigns and the second monthly payment to be provided by the client, would be for the first month of optimization. Therefore, the first installment would be double the agreed monthly payment. From the second month the payment to be made by the client consists of only one installment or monthly payment.

The refund is only applicable to the concept of optimization of the first monthly payment (the monthly payment for the creation of the campaign cannot be refunded). However, from the second month onwards, the refund for campaign optimization cannot be made as long as one of the following criteria has been met:

  • At least 1 conversion in any of the campaigns created (conversion previously agreed with the client, such as a sale, form registration or a call).

  • The period to access the refund will be 45 calendar days from the date the first campaign was activated.

  • After the 45 days in which you can request a refund, you have 15 more days to request a refund. If you have not requested a refund after the previous 15 days, the refund cannot be made even if you request it later.

Aspects and prohibitions:

  1. It is not allowed to request a refund if at least 1 conversion has been completed by the campaigns before the previous 45 days.

  2. During these first 45 days, the campaigns must be in full OPERATION and FULFILL 100% of activity during the whole time. If they are disabled or allocated a lower budget than agreed, no refund can be made.

  3. If the campaign is active in certain seasons, the 45 days will be counted for the days that the campaigns or campaigns are active and not for calendar days.

  4. If the client reduces the agreed budget or modifies any parameter of the campaigns without having previously agreed to do so, the client will lose the right to a refund.

  5. Nor will a refund be made if the client fails to pay the campaign budget.

  6. Refunds cannot be requested if the policy criteria for requesting a refund are not met.

  7. In the hypothetical case in which the campaigns could not be activated due to policy violations or cancellation of the agreement between our company and the client, the refund will be made after 45 days.

  8. The refund will be only 50% of the fee (SERVICE) of the first month, will not be refunded, nor are we responsible for the money invested in ads. We are not responsible for any expenses that may have been generated in your company by these campaigns.

Since in order to proceed with the refund through a single payment (and not double in the first month) we will have a margin of 60 days to get you a conversion, instead of 45 days.

For the rest, the policies apply equally, receiving 100% of the quota.

The double fee will only be charged to those companies that want to access the Ad Management account to monitor the campaigns themselves. This is done in order to protect our work and our strategies to avoid theft.

Therefore, if you do not agree to it, you will not pay the double installment and the refund will be applied to 100% of the same when the above requirements are met (the same as if the second installment is charged) but with a minimum term of 60 days to be able to request it. The installment to be refunded would be only the first month's installment.

If you do not want to access the campaigns, you will be able to access and monitor the results (clicks, sales, total spend, invoices, CTR and much more). For this we will give you access to a linked platform so you can see the progress of the ads with full transparency.

Why 45/60 days?

This period of time is the one that our agency considers as the limit to achieve conversions, due to the algorithm of the campaigns that benefits users who spend more time with their active campaigns. In this way, we avoid the uneasiness that may be generated by the client expecting immediate results. If our agency performs the work in an optimal way, conversions can arrive before the 45th day.

Why is only the first month's portion of the optimization returned?

This policy is due to avoid a customer profile that intends to remain hidden once the first campaign has been carried out, thus preventing them from taking advantage of our services.

Therefore, the first month, the payment of the quota will count as two monthly installments. The part corresponding to the creation of the campaigns is not refundable. The other half corresponding to the optimization of the first month will be refunded, provided that the previously established criteria are met.

The fact of paying two monthly payments in the first month acts as a guarantee to protect our services. But it will not be refunded if the company's return policies and criteria are not met.

Why is it not possible to access the refund when performing a conversion?

Through the first conversion we can know if the campaign is effective. The fee will be returned if no results are achieved after 45 days. With the first conversion, statistically optimal results are expected to lead to more conversions in the future, which, although they do not guarantee profitability, make it possible to do so.

Therefore, once the first conversion has been made, the monthly fee will not be refunded.

MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS

THE MONTHLY FEE WILL ALWAYS BE PAID IN ADVANCE DURING THE FIRST DAYS OF THE MONTH IN WHICH THE SERVICE IS CONTRACTED. A NEW MONTHLY FEE WILL BE PAID IN ORDER TO RENEW THE MONTHLY SERVICE, WHICH WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY ONCE THE CLIENT MAKES THE PAYMENT. THE MONTH THAT THE FEE IS NOT PAID, THE CLIENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED FROM THE SERVICE AND THEREFORE, THE CAMPAIGNS CREATED BY OUR AGENCY WILL BE DELETED.

You will be able to cancel or pause the service with 12 hours notice, there are no permanencies in the service.

The service will be automatically suspended if no response is received from the customer due to non-payment for more than 5 days. The service may also be paused for a maximum of 4 months.
