Pay Per Lead System - Policy and Conditions
Introduction
The Pay Per Lead system is a method of charging customers promoted by Adsual, which consists of billing companies only when a lead or potential contact is generated and not for a monthly fee, as is usually the case with most agencies.
This system guarantees the trust between the client and the Agency where a more competitive and affordable service contract is achieved for the companies that receive our services.
What exactly does it consist of?
Pay Per Lead is a way of offering our marketing services that you will not find in any other type of agency. Basically, it consists in the fact that the company that hires our services will not have to pay a monthly fee or any type of payment for the service, which is usually the way to hire a Marketing Agency nowadays.
The client (you) will only pay for each contact or lead we get through our marketing strategies applied for each company.
Therefore, you will only have to pay for our services when we get you potential clients. If we don't, you pay nothing.
How does it work?
Before starting to work we agree with each company the total amount to be paid for each client we get through the marketing campaigns. Each client will have a different Pay Per Lead rate, since we adapt to each type of company.
We will always make sure that the investment in advertising is profitable for the company, that is why we do not charge a high price for each lead and we also take into account the real sales closing rate in order to calculate the profitability that we can offer you per sale, including the lead expense and the investment in advertising.
The criteria to be taken into account to establish a Pay Per Lead are:
Investment capacity
Amount of demand in the business market
Average profitability per customer
Sales closing rate % - How many leads do you need to have a sale?
Once established and negotiated with the client, all incoming leads will be charged at the agreed price. The client must pay the agency based on the total number of leads generated.
How are payments made?
The client will have to pay the total agreed price according to the number of leads counted in the cycle, we will give him access to the invoice with the link to pay it or the payment will be done automatically in our client area. This invoice will be issued every 15 days if you have a high volume of leads or every 30 days if you have a low volume of leads. The customer must pay the invoice amount within 7 working days.

= 100 € TOTAL, no hidden fees, no extra charges or taxes.
What if I receive leads that are not good?
We are not responsible if the leads generated do not become final customers for each company. Our mission is to get interested contacts but the sales process is a matter and obligation of the client. We charge per lead, but not per actual sale. Even so, and as we have mentioned before, we adjust the price of the Lead taking into account the sales rate so that it is profitable for each client.
It is impossible to close sales at 100% of the leads, besides each business model has a different closing rate. That is why if your net profit margin per sale is 100 € and you close a customer every 10 contacts on average, we cannot charge you 10 € per lead because you would not be profitable.
Suppose we get a lead every €2.5 of advertising investment with Google Ads campaigns + €2.5 price for each lead we have achieved that you have to pay us (previously negotiated price) and we multiply it by the total number of leads achieved in a cycle (let's assume that 10 come in and your net profit margin is €100). This would cost you €50 for each sale, leaving you with a 50% profit margin or more.
We will always adjust what we charge you per lead based on your real profitability. Because unlike other companies, our concern is that you are profitable and we work together as long as possible. Not merely charge you.
EXCEPTIONS
We will not charge you for those leads from people who are not potential customers, i.e. who are looking for a service or product totally different from the one you offer or who are looking for a job or are spamming.
We will also not charge you if the lead has never responded, as long as all possible means have been tried and 10 days have passed since their registration.
If the lead answered at some point and then disappears, does not answer again or finally decides not to hire your services / products and / or hire another company... IF it is a lead we will charge you for it. Since we charge per potential lead, not per sale. And a potential lead will not always become a customer.
Requirements to be met by the company
The Pay Per Lead system is not available to all companies, there are certain requirements that must be met in order to be able to offer this service with the guarantee of benefits for both the client and for us.
If you do not meet the requirements, we can work together through the standard charging system with a fixed monthly fee and no permanence regardless of the leads generated.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET
Advertising investment equal to or greater than 4000 € per month
High profit margins of the product or service. Ideal for service companies or companies with products of high economic value (solar panels, homes, automobiles, etc.).
Remember that whether you meet the requirements or not, we only work with companies that we know we can help, we do not work with everyone. We are interested in long-term companies to which we can offer real results.
Sales commissions may be negotiated in some cases.
Conditions
The Pay Per Lead system will only cost you for each lead generated. But new customers will have to pay a fee of 350 € initial and unique for the set up, ie the initial work of creating campaigns, funnel, market research and landing page apart (if applicable).
The cost of advertising investment is borne by the client and not by us. We will recommend an investment budget based on the number of leads desired and the type of market. We will not spend more than the investment established by the client.
The Advertiser account where the campaigns will be carried out is exclusive to Adsual Agency, the client will not have access to this account (only for billing purposes). You will be able to see the results of the campaigns through monthly reports or we can link your campaigns to Hubspot so you can see the results in real time.
The generated leads will be notified to the client through the established forms or notification of ad conversions. This notification will be sent to the client and to us. Our systems register all the leads and will check all those that the client notifies us as "invalid leads" to verify if it is really a non-collectible lead as mentioned above.
There are no permanencies, no exit penalties or hidden costs.
The leads will be charged for the generation of the form, as well as for the phone call, chat, WhatsApp or any other contact action that the customer has in his sales funnel.
The cost per lead is non-negotiable once a final price has been agreed with the client.
There are no refunds or discounts.
Penalties on payments
As mentioned above, based on the number of leads you will be billed within 15 days or 30 days. We will prepare the invoice for you on the same day of the agreed billing cycle closing, along with the link to pay it.
Once the invoice is generated, the client has 7 working days to pay the cost of the invoice. If we have not received the payment in those 7 days the marketing services will be automatically suspended, losing the advertising campaigns and the daily flow of leads that we had created for you.
Once the services have been suspended, you have 60 days to pay the invoice. If you fail to do so, we will initiate the appropriate legal proceedings with our lawyers through judicial channels.
Despite non-payments, we do not charge penalty fees or commissions that increase the total bill expense.
If we have suspended you for non-payment, even once, you will lose the right to Pay Per Lead services for life.

We will always charge you the same for each lead, but the price to get them in relation to the amount of advertising investment may vary depending on the day, competition or other factors. There may be leads where we get them for a low price and days where the cost is multiplied by 5. The important thing is to calculate it at the end of the month to really know how much each one has cost us on average and thus assess the real profitability.

It depends on the amount of investment or type of demand in the market and competition. We will make estimates of how many leads you can get depending on how much you invest and the type of ad we would do and at what average price we can get each one.
Then we value a sales closing rate "How many leads do we need to generate 1 sale" and based on the net profitability we adjust the Cost per lead that we are going to charge you for each one.
